[pycrypto] Installation terminated with an error "Unable to find vcvarsall.bat"

Hi,
I have a problem installing PyCrypto.
I tried to install it on my Win7 machine using "setup.py install". I have
Python 2.6.4 installed.
It created folders under lib\Crypto and copied files, but when it reached
the build part I receive:

running build_ext
warning: GMP library not found; Not building Crypto.PublicKey._fastmath.
building 'Crypto.Random.OSRNG.winrandom' extension
error: Unable to find vcvarsall.bat

What should I do?
What and where is this vcvarsall.bat?
