Woah... wasn't expecting the ban on U.S. contributors.  Why is that?  Are 
you paranoid of the U.S. export restrictions?  Or are they really still 
that bad?  Just curious.  I feel left out now.

PS - I guess that means I won't go back and clean up my AES Keywrap module
