[pycrypto] Shutting down the mailing list

Today, I will shutting down this mailing list.

PyCrypto 2.x has been unmaintained for a while, and lists.dlitz.net 
mostly just processes spam nowadays.

The mailing list archive will continue to be available for the 
foreseeable future at:

     https://lists.dlitz.net/pipermail/pycrypto/
