[pycrypto] ANN: PyCrypto 2.4.1 released - fixes "config.h not found"

I've released PyCrypto 2.4.1 today, which is the same as version 2.4, 
except it includes Sebastian Ramacher's setup.py fixes, which should help 
users of easy_install who were getting the following error:

   error: Setup script exited with error: src/config.h: No such file or directory
