[pycrypto] XCBCMAC support

Hello all,

Recently I saw that pycrypto had CMAC support. This is good news.

Some of you may know that ipsec also uses XCBCMAC for authentication (for
both ESP and AH protocols). I wrote a small patch that implements this.
